That I paid for my room before arriving payment showed pending on my bank app, and the person checking me in stating my payment was declined. Do your research before trying to announce a payment was declined but magically and quickly the conversation changed when I pulled my phone out and showed payment.

Probably the nicest Courtyard I have ever stayed at. It was great. After a nearby hotel cancelled our reservation so that they could charge us more once we got to the property, we came to the Courtyard and it was wonderful. Highly recommend!

My overall experience was good the hotel was clean and staff was friendly! The lady at the Starbucks was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms was clean and fully stocked.
